Therapy for the woman who’s always been the strong one—but quietly carries anxiety, self-doubt, and relationship stress.

You don’t have to hold it all together here

Virtual therapy across Washington State, from the comfort of your own home

You look like you have it all together, but inside, you're carrying more than anyone realizes.

Your mind is constantly running, replaying conversations, questioning decisions, and wondering if you're doing enough. Anxiety, self-doubt, and relationship stress can leave you feeling stuck, exhausted, and disconnected from yourself.

You're ready for quieter thoughts, healthier relationships, and the confidence to trust yourself again.

You deserve a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and reconnect with yourself without judgment.

Together, we'll explore the patterns keeping you stuck and help you build a life that feels more grounded, confident, and authentically yours.

Reaching out can feel vulnerable—but you don’t have to do this alone.

Hi, I'm Lindsey Crow

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree from Seattle Pacific University, and I’ve been in practice for eight years. Over time, I’ve learned that real change, growth, and healing happen when clients feel safe, calm, and truly comfortable. My goal in every session is to create a space where you don’t need to perform or pretend, a space where you can simply be yourself.

I work with adult women through life’s transitions, relationships, motherhood, and the challenge of finding space for themselves amidst everything else.

You may be navigating anxiety, depression, body image concerns, perfectionism, self-worth challenges, postpartum depression/anxiety, career transitions, or relationship stress. Whatever you’re carrying, it matters here.

This is a space for your real life: your worries, your anxious thoughts, your moments of shame, your joy, your fears, even your awkward or funny stories. Nothing is too big or too small.

Along the way, we’ll work on building tools to help you cope, regulate, grow, and feel more grounded in who you are and how you want to move through the world.

Outside the Office

When I’m not seeing clients, you’ll usually find me in my trusty sweats, juggling school drop-offs and pick-ups while sipping my second (or third) cup of coffee. I try to carve out time for my Peloton, journaling, reading a good book, or daydreaming about a trip to Paris. I love being a mom and sharing life’s joys and challenges with my spouse.

My Approach to Therapy

I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to strengthen emotional bonds, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to challenge unhelpful thoughts, attachment theory to understand relationship patterns, and a family systems perspective to explore how connections and dynamics shape your experience.

In our sessions, I aim to create a collaborative, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and respected. My approach is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental, because every person’s experience is unique, and my goal is to meet you exactly where you are.

Ultimately, therapy is about helping you feel empowered, supported, and equipped with tools to create lasting change and enhance your well-being. I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
