When I’m not seeing clients, you’ll usually find me in my trusty sweats, juggling school drop-offs and pick-ups, sipping my second (or third) cup of coffee, and stealing a few moments to ride my Peloton, journal, get lost in a good book, or daydream about a trip to Paris. I love being a mom and sharing life’s joys and challenges with my spouse.
Hi, I'm Lindsey Crow!
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree from Seattle Pacific University, and I’ve been in practice for over eight years. Over time, I’ve learned that real change, growth, and healing happen when clients feel safe, calm, and truly comfortable. My goal in every session is to create a space where you don’t need to perform or pretend — a space where you can simply be yourself.
I work with adult women in many different stages of life, including college-aged women, women early in their careers, and mothers in all phases of parenting.
They may be navigating anxiety, depression, body image struggles, perfectionism, self-worth challenges, career transitions, or relationship stress. Whatever you’re experiencing, it matters here.
This is a space for your real life: your worries, your anxious thoughts, your moments of shame, your joy, your fears, even your awkward or funny stories. Nothing is too big or too small.
Along the way, we’ll work on building tools to help you cope, regulate, grow, and feel more grounded in who you are and how you want to move through the world.
